Orange dots indicate SC's. Tor and Van are also SC's but I forgot to mark them
Turkey and Austria are eliminated. All other countries remain as is. China has a fleet in SCh and armies in Bej and WCh USA has a fleet in SFr, an armies in Ala and NYC
Armies can move onto Arc in the Fall, but disband if they don't move off in the Spring. Fleets can move into or out of Arc or MSi only in the spring.
Egy and Cen behave as Con in standard game. Black areas are impassible. 25 SC's to win
