Diplomacy World was founded by Walter Buchanan in January of 1974. Long considered the flagship publication of the Diplomacy hobby, Diplomacy World contains a variety of articles each issue, including hobby news, history, convention reports, strategy and tactics, variants, demo games, interviews, and much more. For much of its existence Diplomacy World was a printed publication, distributed by postal mail and available only by subscription.
