Wings are a unit that were originally created for the Modern variant. Otherwise known as 'planes', wings were units that could: . move multiple spaces (2 to 4 depending on the variant) . support units in action in the spaces below them . in some variations be used to transport land-based units
However, Wings could not capture a supply center on their own. While a Wing could be moved over an enemy-owned SC, it could not land and occupy the SC.
