Two things here -
First, and in the grand scheme of things, there are actually 38 SCs not 37, so victory ought to be 20 (count them!)
But secondly, I'm desperate to contact Geoff Bache about Heptarchy (my totally favourite variant) but have failed so far to find a working e-address. If anybody knows - or if Geoff sees this - I'm at pete@atlantichouse.org.uk
