I love strategy board games, whereby Diplomacy is a wonderful new discovery. For now I am exploring alternative maps and variants to this classical game and hope for very entertaining games. It is amazing what an important role your own negotiation skills play in this type of game. It's only sad that this concept was not followed through over the decades.
