Richard Sharp's Categorization of the German Openings
The German openings are categorized first by the order of the Berlin army.
Then if ther Berlin army opens to Kiel and the Munich army goes to Ruhr, (most common) it is a Blitzkrieg Opening, or if the Munich army does not go to Ruhr then the openings are categorized by the order of the Kiel fleet.
